Refunds
- All purchases for classes, workshops, ceremonies, and 1:1 services are non-refundable.
- Once a booking is made and payment is processed, payments cannot be returned to your original payment method.
Credits
- If you are unable to attend a class or appointment, you may request a credit toward a future class, workshop, or tarot reading offered on this site.
- Credit requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
- Approved credits are valid for 6 months from the original purchase date.
- Credits are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable to another person.
How to Request a Credit
- To request a credit, please complete the Credit Request Form.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your credit has been applied and instructions for using it on a future booking.
Agreement
